    1. Participent will be selected by an evaluation commity
    2. Participent must complete the following form
    3. The Sculpture Biennale Association will provide each selected participant with working space and materials for their work of art up to $1000.
    4. The sculpturs must be installed at the site one month before exhibition opening (catalog photograph).
    5. The Association will provide food and loging for participant.
    6. The work must be submitted to the Association for one year, if not sold, will be transported to desired destination by the Association arrangment at the artis cost.
    7. The Assosiation is not responsible for work accidents or other calamity.
    8. The Artist will remove the sculpture at the end of the Exhibition.
    9. Transportation of artist and sculpture are onthe artis cost.

    Submiting this form is an agreement of the participent to the above and to the rules of the exhibition
