The Fourth Biennale In addition to the Israeli artists which participated in the Sculpture Biennale there are international artists . Sculptors from all over the world are invited to submit there work in the coming 1999 Biennale. The fourth Sculpture Biennale will take place in mid October to the end of November 97. Carefully selected works of art (Artists' list) will be exhibited among ancient olive trees in a wonderful natural setup, at the foothill of Ein Hod Artist's village. The selection of the works is made by first rate curators. The public is invited to visit the exhibits (free admission) every day from morning to sun set. The exhibition will be open to the public from mid Octobery until the end of November 1997. Guided tours will be available for visitors, including organized groups. | The Sculpture Biennale Association is an unprofitable
organization, supported by the ministry of education and science and by
the ministry of tourism, as well as by some private funding who receive
appropriate coverage and publicity of their sponsorship. This year contributors are: The British Council, The French Culture Center, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, The Hof Ha’Carmel Local Conical, The Carmelim Tourist Foundation, Carmel Chimikalim Ltd., David Dankner, M.T.M Scientific Industries Center Haifa Ltd., Tzevet Berkovitch, Build Resources, University of Derby, Ma’ariv Newspaper, Nesher Cement Industries Ltd., ALM, Maccabi, Health Services - Harsa, Yaki Halperen Studio, Papiar - A.D Special Projects Ltd., L.K.Overpluse Equipment Ltd., Y.A.
